NYU Tisch School of Arts Shows Off Their Brightest Students

Not too long ago I was able to visit the state of New York, and was able to check out some amazing scenery. Some of the things that really caught my eye were the billboards in Times Square. For the most part they are huge, but some have some really interesting logos. I saw one where the pieces of the ad were broken down into little squares, and as the squares rotated, you could see a new ad. People from all around, myself included, would stand there to watch what ad was coming next. Of course, after we had seen all the ads available, we moved on, but it was really interesting at the time. Now, more and more places have copied this type of advertisement. These ads would work really well in Greenwich Village, and perhaps even SoHo

One great place to discover these type of great ad ideas would be the New York University’s Tisch School of Arts. Twice a year, the school hosts the ITP show, in order for students to be able to check out things. One of the presentations that I was really interested in was for A Little Awkward dot com. This site was a place where people can put in an event (getting something to eat, going to the movies, etc.), and you could put in a description of what you looked like, and could go from there. This has GREAT marketing potential since you could set up an event for a business where people can get free food, or coupons, or what have you. I tried going to the site, but it doesn’t seem to be operational. Would love to know what happened.

Stackable Cutlery Makes Meal Time Fun Time

Stop playing with your food, and eat it! Oh, well. If you are not allowed to play with your food, then should be at least allowed to play with your utensils.

The Snack and Stack Utensil Set allows you to stack your utensils with interlocking rivets on the handles. They have a pretty firm grip, but are loose enough to take apart when it’s time for dinner. This set is perfect for the couple with a toddler who wants to run around and play during supper time (just be sure they are not running around with the fork, or butter knife). These are perfect for adults as well when you need a handy way to keep your utensils together whenever you carry your lunch to work, or have your lunch in the park by the playground equipment. No matter what time of day it is, or what meal you’re eating, the Stackable Cutlery Set will be something to make eating even more fun (large stacks of pancakes sold seperately)!

Cyber Scopes Turns Board Games Upside Down

The Cyber Scopes board game is a pretty cool party game that will add a lot of fun to an otherwise dull evening. Players go around the board, and are called upon to do actions throughout the game. What’s the catch? You must do the actions while wearing googles that turns your world upside down. Imagine how hard it would be to pour a glass of water when it looks like that the glass is on the ceiling, and the water is flowing up towards it.

Definitely a lot of fun for people of all ages. Have fun!
